Organizational Structure
Maatschap Europoort Terminal Board of Management is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company, its strategy and results. The Supervisory Board supervises management performance and advises the Board of Management.
Maatschap Europoort Terminal has three divisions, each with its own operational support functions, such as tendering, engineering, fleet management and crewing.

Maatschap Europoort Terminal operates in over 90 countries across six continents and has an extensive network of branches around the world. Our head office is located in Moezelweg, the Netherlands, where our campus houses all three divisions.
